1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by A Way How SL ("AWH", "we", "us", "our"), including the AWH GRC software and related website at www.awayhow.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

AWH provides governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software designed for integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Our services include SaaS subscriptions, implementation support, and related professional services.

3. Use of Services

You agree to:

Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Provide accurate and complete information when registering or contacting us.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the software.
Not use the services to infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.
Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided to you.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the AWH GRC software, documentation, website content, and related materials remain the exclusive property of A Way How SL. No license or right is granted except as expressly stated in a written agreement between you and AWH.

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription terms, pricing, and payment conditions are set forth in the applicable order form or agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing upon reasonable notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AWH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for breach of these terms or for operational reasons. You may terminate your subscription in accordance with your agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
